Return Policy for Factory Defects
Coverage
We provide return coverage for products that arrive with factory defects or manufacturing issues. This includes:
- âProducts that are defective upon arrival

- âProducts damaged during shipping (not caused by customer)
- âWrong items shipped or missing components
Time Frame
Returns for factory defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if you notice any issues.
Return Process

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return due to factory defects:
